I'm an engineer who builds businesses.

I started by building systems that had to work. I led the automation of a national registry covering millions of citizens, ran operations for agencies delivering for some of the world's best-known names, and delivered large projects for Fortune 500 companies.

Then I built companies. Five so far, Momentable among them, the platform museums around the world use to reach collectors.

Building them, I found the work I love most. I trained 155 founders across 11 cohorts of the LEAP program, rated 4.9 out of 5. In Vancouver I co-founded and led Startup Vancouver, started Women in Emerging Tech, and spent Saturdays downtown with my whole family, helping young entrepreneurs turn an idea into a business.

Every time a program ended, I saw the same thing. Someone arrived with an idea and left with a business. Most of all, they left a different person. You could see it in how they spoke and how they carried themselves. They were amazing before. What changed was how much of them you could see.

Today I do that work every week, with women building a business of their own.
